Enrichment Opportunity on Pandemics, Outbreaks, and Prevention
Dr. Carpenter is hosting a Google Classroom to provide interested middle and high school students with an enrichment opportunity to better understand this pandemic. Interested students can join the Classroom using code ha6kbb6. Each week will feature at least one medical professional to answer students' questions. This week we are lucky to have the parent of a Monomoy graduate, Dr. Matt Masiello, join our Google Meet session (Friday, March 27 at 4 p.m.). Dr. Masiello is a pediatrician, public health advocate, and clinical professor. He will answer any questions students have about COVID-19 and hopefully replace some anxiety with the power of knowledge. The links for the Google Meet sessions will be shared in the Classroom.

Dr. Carpenter's Science and Engineering Fun Google Classroom
Dr. Carpenter's Science and Engineering Fun Google classroom has lots of enrichment activities to keep elementary students engaged in learning. These are optional supplemental opportunities that will cover different science and engineering topics, and will even feature special guests on occasion. It will be updated weekly with new lessons and activities. Here’s how to join the fun: When your elementary student is logged into Google Classroom, simply click the plus sign in the upper right corner of the screen, select “Join Classroom,” and enter code 2w2th67.
