Welcome to Chatham Elementary School! I am Mrs. McEntee and I am thrilled to be your teacher this year. 

I grew up in Sandwich and have since returned to the Cape after completing my degree in Elementary and Special Education from Elon University in North Carolina. In college, I had the opportunity to work in resource and general education settings, as well as teach abroad in Costa Rica for a semester as a University Teaching Fellow. Additionally, I have spent the past few years researching project-based learning in the classroom and the benefits for student learning. Most recently, I have spent five years teaching in fourth grade, during which time I earned my Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from Fitchburg State University. 

I can't wait for the wonderful year ahead!
