I have worked in early childhood programs for most of my teaching caeer and am passionate about the education of our youngest learners. I graduated from The College of Wooster in Ohio in 1991 with a degree in psychology and communication disorders and earned my Masters in Special Education at Fitchburg State University in 1994. 

I grew up in Gloucester, MA and have always loved living close to the ocean. When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with my husband, Peter, son Kyle and daughter Abigail. We try to be on our boat out at North Beach as much as we can during the summer.
