Hello!  My name is Julia Blois and this will be my tenth year teaching in the Monomoy Regional School District, all of which I have been in kindergarten except for one year where I taught first grade. I grew up in Orleans where I attended and graduated from the Nauset school system. I loved growing up on Cape Cod, so much that I came home to live here after college. I attended the University of Maine in Orono where I studied and received my Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Relations, with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, as well as my Masters in Special Education. One of the best aspects of being a teacher are the relationships that you build with students, families, and staff throughout the year. I feel so lucky to be able to work with children everyday.  It is such a rewarding and exciting job! I enjoy running, going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to a great year at HES and can't wait to learn and grow with the children in my class!
