My name is Cynthia Gushee.  I go by Cindy. I have worked full-time in this district since 1998. I have a bachelor's degree in Home Economics Education, now called Consumer and Family Science, from the University of Maine in Orono and a master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College. 

I grew up in Fryeburg, Maine and graduated from Fryeburg Academy.  I am the oldest of five children.  I grew up on a farm and was involved in 4-H growing up.  I love to read and bake.
