I was born and raised in Springfield, Mass. I graduated from Classical High School, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Westfield State University and a Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology from Sargent College of Allied Health Professions at Boston University. I moved to Eastham in 1993 and still live there with my husband, 2 college-aged sons, a dog and a bird. I worked for 16 years in other school districts on the Cape before coming to Harwich Elementary School in 2009. I currently enjoy sharing my time with the students at Harwich Elementary school. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a student, who could not communicate their most basic wants and needs, learn to communicate and engage with their friends. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, camping, swimming, going to the beach, traveling, volunteering my time with Boy Scouts and watching the Patriots and Bruins with my family!
