Mrs. Amy Wilder - Special Education

Greetings Sharks! My name is Mrs. Amy Wilder and I’m delighted to join The Chatham Elementary School community! I have my undergraduate degree in Gender Studies from Brown University and my Masters degree in Multicultural Education.  I am a Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience working at the Secondary level. While I have loved working with the ‘big kids’, I am very excited to begin a new chapter at Chatham Elementary. My passion as an educator lies in building a loving community, fostering resilience, and ensuring an equitable and inclusive learning environment for all students. When I am not in the classroom, I love spending time in nature with my family. I love bird watching and exploring the many wonders Cape Cod has to offer. I look forward to meeting you and I hope that I will be able to be a resource to you and your child this year.
